Coherent | DILAS offers the widest range of conduction-cooled heat sink configurations in the market. Choose CW or QCW operations in a range of beam heights, sealed and compact housings.
Fiber-coupled single emitters are available in several platforms. Starting from a single emitter in high heat load package to multiple single emitters in various package types. These products are available from 450nm to 976nm with up to 30W output power.
Our fiber-coupled modules provide high coupling efficiencies and are leading in the industry in brightness and power. Featuring a compact footprint these modules can be packaged in different sizes and power levels from 1-bar up to 24-bars with power levels up to 1kW.
Through the optimization of semiconductor chip structures and optical parameters, Coherent | DILAS’ T-Bar architecture delivers high beam quality and high power using standard micro-optics, all assembled with automated processes. The T-Bar based products are available at 638nm, 915nm, and 976nm, with power levels from 40W up to 1.2kW.
Coherent | DILAS offers highest brightness, vertical stacked arrays using advanced beam shaping and packaging techniques. Available for QCW operation only the stacks can be customized to meet your performance and configuration requirements.
Water-cooled vertical stacks are available with up to 70 bars for CW and QCW operation. They can be customized to meet your performance and configuration requirements and are available with uncollimated, fast-axis collimated and both-axis collimated diode laser types
Horizontal diode laser modules from 2 to 13 bars are available in CW or QCW operations. These extremely powerful arrays can be arranged in either a side-by-side arrangement or any other custom pattern in order to deliver maximum power density needed for side pumping of solid-state laser applications. Two-bar through five-bar horizontal linear arrays designed specifically to provide the highest reliability and lifetime in high-cavity-power, side- pumping applications. Coherent’s industry-leading, front-end technology, including our unique AAA material systems, combine with rugged PulseLife technology to produce reliability of >20k hours for most products. CW diode laser arrays employ electrically-isolated macro-channels, enabling tap-water cooling. QCW arrays are conduction-cooled and require no water cooling. Standard horizontal arrays are available at 808 nm, in 2-bar through 5-bar configurations.
Coherent | DILAS offers an extensive range of direct beam sources which produce either a line-beam or an areal-beam at the target with power levels of 35W up to 600W based on single-bar and multi-bar architecture. These direct beam sources have a compact footprint, high-efficiency and beam homogeneity of >95%.
These systems are available in a wide range of output powers and wavelengths, including a fiber-coupled direct beam or homogenized line source solutions. Compact design, easily integrated into even the most complex production requirements. Engineered for utilization into industrial materials processing, primarily for plastic welding, soldering, and brazing applications in the automotive, medical device and electronics industries.
Available in two versions: The high power fiber-coupled systems (HP) and the high quality (HQ). Due to its smooth and homogeneous beam profile and high efficiency, the HP version is ideal for brazing, cladding, hardening as well as surface treatment applications. For keyhole welding as well as brazing and surface treatment with higher beam quality requirements, the HQ version is an ideal tool. The wavelength, close to 1 µm, achieves high absorption in many materials and thus ensures best results.
Processing head PHFx-B0 is intended to be used with Compact or Compact-Evolution Series. The processing head is connected to the diode laser using a fiber with NA 0.22. Having a compact housing this processing head can easily be integrated into the laser process.
Processing head PHFx-Cx-CS is intended to be used with Compact or Compact-Evolution Series. The processing head is connected to the diode laser using a fiber with NA 0.22.
This collimation unit is optimized to the requirements of Coherent | DILAS’ diode laser systems optical specifications. PHFx-A8/A9 collimating units are available in two different mountings; A8 features a mounting adapter whereas A9 is equipped with an outer thread.

PHFx-A8/A9-W collimating units are available in two different mountings; A8 features a mounting adapter whereas A9 is equipped with an outer thread. This water-cooled unit is designed for laser power levels up to 1.5kW and is compatible with Coherent | DILAS fiber-coupled diode laser systems.
This processing head with f=177mm (standard focal length)1 is intended to be used with Compact-Evolution Series, along with a SMA or QBH fiber coupling. The processing head is connected to the diode laser using a SMA or QBH fiber, NA 0.22. A compact housing and mounting plate, this processing head can easily be integrated into the laser process creating a line focus with 35x2mm² dimensions.
Ring optics (PHFx-B0-O2) enables simultaneous welding of a ring-shaped welding zone. Customer specific, the dimensioning technique of the optic can be optimized to the welding geometry.
Radial optics, PHFx-B0-03 enables simultaneous welding of a quasi-radial symmetrical component. The laser beam forms a ring inside and is deflected via a tilted mirror at the end of the optic. Customer specific, the dimensioning technique of the optic can be optimized to the welding geometry.
The radial optic processing head, PHFx-C1-SD1/SD21 with pyrometer enables quasi-simultaneous welding of radial-symmetrical components with closed-loop temperature control of the process. It includes a programmable servomotor that rotates the laser beam. The on-axis single color pyrometer provides non-contact temperature measurement of the welding zone and is a helpful tool for process optimization and documentation. It comes along with a control unit for the rotation axis and a pyrometer PC with software package.
The Galvo Scanner PHFx-B0-G6/G7 is a fast two-axis beam deflection unit needed for quasi-simultaneous welding of polymers. It allows fast positioning of the laser focus in the working field without additional mechanical axes. The unit is equipped with a fiber connector, collimating unit and with a Galvo PC and Coherent | Rofins powerful VLM marking software. The Galvo Scanner is designed to be used along with the Compact-Evolution Series.

F-Theta scanning lenses are used in conjunction with our Galvo Scanners. The lenses image the laser spot to an even, two-dimensional focal plane (within the specified working area) independent from the deflection angle of the Galvo Scanner. Commonly used in industrial applications such as laser plastics welding.
The Galvo Driver serves as a separate power supply unit for Coherent | DILAS‘ Galvo Scanners used with laser systems of the Compact Series.
The Galvo PC is an industrial PC used in combination with Coherent | DILAS‘ Galvo Scanners. Compact in size, the 19-inch rack mountable unit comes with pre-installed latest generation Galvo software VLM.
